Crane Assembly and Erection
Our team commenced with the meticulous assembly of the 16-ton Gurlap crane components. This phase involved the precise alignment and secure fastening of the gantry girders, end carriages, and hoist mechanisms. Leveraging our extensive experience in overhead crane installation, we employed a heavy-duty forklift that was available onsite to safely lift the new gantry crane into position in the client's facility. Load Testing and Commissioning of the New Overhead Crane
Following the successful erection, the 16-ton Gurlap crane underwent rigorous load testing.
